An Inventory of Wonder Cocktail Reception at NYC Jewelry Week 2026
17 November @ 17:00 - 19:00

The Tuesday evening cocktail reception will serve as the exhibition’s opening celebration, inviting guests to experience An Inventory of Wonder in a relaxed, social setting. Guests can enjoy cocktails while exploring the jewelry, natural history specimens, personal collections, and archival displays throughout the space, with Lauren present to share stories about the objects, inspirations, and creative process behind the work.
The exhibition is a self-guided, museum-style experience exploring the creative world behind Lauren Newton Jewelry. Visitors will explore fine jewelry displayed alongside natural history specimens, sketches, prototypes, archival materials, and personal collections. Thematically arranged displays reveal how Lauren’s background in zoology, fascination with collecting, and interests in science, memory, and nostalgia are transformed into wearable art. A cocktail reception will be held on Tuesday evening, inviting guests to experience the exhibition and jewelry in a celebratory setting.
