How the Certificate Works
Your learning journey follows a structured path of four courses, culminating in a final assessment.

Electives (Choose Two out of Three)
Retail & Client Experience: The art and science of the luxury client journey. Expect service excellence, personalisation, omnichannel thinking and the subtle details that shape brand loyalty.
Creation & Branding: How Maisons build identity, protect codes and renew desirability. This covers creative processes, product storytelling, collaborations and long-term brand value.
Operations & Supply Chain: The path from raw materials to finished product and boutique. Quality control, sourcing, logistics, industrial craftsmanship and responsible operations feature prominently.
Final Assessment
After completing your two mandatory courses and two electives, you sit a final assessment.
