In this powerful session, Rosée will explore image and style as tools for empowerment, confidence, and courage. She will challenge the idea of image as “superficial,” reframing it instead as a protective layer — a personal armour that can help individuals stand strong in the face of pressure, coercion, and self-doubt. This webinar will encourage you to see image work not just as transformation, but as advocacy and resilience-building.

Drawing on a remarkable career in education, a deep interest in behavioural psychology, and decades of working with men, women, and children, Rosée brings a rare depth of insight into how what we wear can change how we show up in the world.

Rosée will also share her latest resilience challenge: climbing Mount Kilimanjaro as part of a team of 40, raising funds for Kidscape, the charity supporting individuals and families affected by bullying. The team includes renowned hairdresser Andrew Barton, celebrity hairdresser and Kidscape ambassador. Their journey of courage, challenge, and hope has been captured in the film

About Rosée

A former Head Teacher and Education Officer with Aberdeenshire Council, Rosée retired from education in 2014 and retrained with House of Colour, purchasing the Aberdeen/Aberdeenshire franchise. She now works with clients aged 8 to 80+, empowering them through colour and style while saving time, money, and emotional energy.

She holds a Level 7 ILM qualification as a Mentor in Imposter Syndrome, completed The Impactful Coach Programme in 2025.
