Men’s Health Pedal & Perform in partnership with Halfords

25 September @ 18:30 - 21:15
An evening of talks and workouts to boost cycling performance and hybrid fitness.

Men’s Health and Halfords present the ultimate event for hybrid cycling performance. Whether you’re a road cyclist looking to boost your strength to fight to the front of the peloton, a triathlon veteran, or a hybrid athlete looking to tackle your first IronMan while maintaining — and even building — strength, this is the event for you.

The event will feature two panel talks hosted by Men’s Health Fitness Director Andrew Tracey:

Panel 1: Chris Boardman CBE (Olympic Cyclist and Cycling Advocate) and Tim Ellis (Bike Buyer & Cycling Industry Expert)

Panel 2: Marchon performance nutritionist Liam Holmes and Hybrid Athlete, and Founder of Omnia Performance Fergus Crawley will be discussing fuelling for cycling and hybrid training.

Both sessions will include a Q&A where you’ll have the chance to have your cycling, strength and nutrition questions answered.

You’ll also have the opportunity to take part in a unique workout experience. This team based workout will feature a mixture of strength, conditioning and compromised cycling using real bikes, for a real-world experience.

This is one not to miss, so book today!
