It’s that time of year – an endless and beautiful array of mushrooms is popping out of the ground and you want to know more. Join Edible Alchemy for a mushroom excursion with a certified mushroom expert, and learn about the vital role of fungi within the ecosystem, where, when and why you’ll find certain species, and with luck take something home you can have for dinner!

Start Location Bhf Chorin

The precise location of the excursion will be given 48 hours prior to the event – this is because what we find will be heavily influenced by location, temperature and the amount of rain, and we want to take you to the best possible place each time! The location will always be accessible by public transport from Berlin

Timeline – 4hr excursion

Bring a notebook if desired, a basket, some paper bags, a knife and sturdy shoes and we can only repeat: dress for the weather. We are outside for this event.
